Working in the hospitality industry, I have come to value companies and people with dedicated service and have encountered many vendors and contracts. Royal Vending is impressive. Other contracts have empty promises, out of orders for days at a time, machines that are not stocked or cleaned. I found Royal Vending in 2002 and Royal Vending has maintained the vending for 5/6 properties bringing in brand new equipment stocked,cleaned,and serviced. Their route men are professional,always open to any product request,and they respond in a timely manner to any request. Royal Vending really is a 24/7 company: nights,weekends,and holidays. If we have any problems they respond the same day. Having contracts with other vendors , I realized the contract works both ways. And I value Royal Vending for coming through.

I have been doing business with Royal Vending for some time now. Mr. Joe and all his team members have been very professional and on call 24/7 as needed for our machines. They keep their machines stocked, very clean and very well maintained at all times . I will say in my 20 years of hospitality, this is the first vending company I have ever seen that comes out at any time day or night that you are in need of anything.
